Thank you for poking around on our website : ) Here are some quick highlights of us over the years that have all led to this!
Cute Meet?
Emma & Zack serendipitously stumbled into one another on an apartment building rooftop in the Spring of 2021 and the rest, as they say, is history.
After going on two dates in the Fall of 2020, the lingering effects of Covid, the holidays, and poor timing caused these two to go their separate ways. But fate had other ideas :-) On that afternoon in April ‘21, Emma & Zack were both spending the afternoon catching up with friends & enjoying the warm spring weather, not realizing that the other person was just a few feet away. It didn’t take long for Zack to notice Emma walking across the rooftop and say “hello”, cementing their official reboot. You know what they say: second time’s the charm!
New “firsts” have become lifelong constants as the two share a wealth of hobbies, passions, and friends.

Concerts & Music!
Music has always been at the forefront of Zack and Emma’s lives and that passion only grew once they were together. From seeing shows at venues like Red Rocks and The Sphere, to Emma’s fire DJ sets and Zack’s many shows with his band, The Elegant Plums, to guitar jams at home together, music has been a common thread throughout their relationship.
Phish!
We can’t talk about music without highlighting the dozens of Phish shows that Zack and Emma have been to over the years. Not only do they have a love for the band, but they also have so much love for the incredible community of friends & fellow phans that they’ve built these last 4 years.
Outdoor Adventures
Living in Colorado wouldn’t be complete without enjoying a little nature! Emma and Zack have enjoyed many outdoor adventures throughout the state and beyond.
Travel
Emma and Zack have been incredibly fortunate to travel to so many wonderful places, both with friends and family. Highlights include Italy, Portugal, and London just to name a few…
Family
Despite not having any family nearby, Zack and Emma have always made it a point to go back east to visit family in places like New York, Charlottesville, and Kiawah. They have also enjoyed many family visits here in Colorado, especially for their surprise engagement party :-)
Friends
Last but not least, they would be remiss to not mention the incredible groups of friends that make up Emma and Zack’s inner circle . From their tight-knit community in Denver, to college buddies and childhood friends, their lives are filled with so much love. They can’t wait to create new memories with each and every one of you in June!!!
